Obavještavamo Vas da je 06. prosinca 2011. stupio na snagu novi Pravilnik o postupku i načinu ostvarivanje prava na oslobođenje plaćanja godišnje naknade za ceste i cestarine . U Ministarstvu pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture mora se tražit donošenje Rješenja kojim se oslobađa plaćanja godišnje naknade za ceste pri tehničkom pregledu- registraciji vozila i oslobođenje od plaćanja cestarine na autocestama. Zahtjevi se podnose na gore navedeno ministarstvo , Prisavlje 14, Zagreb te se prilaže: - preslika prometne i knjižice vozila - rješenje Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje ili - rješenje Ministarstva branitelja - preslika osobne iskaznice - biljeg 70 ukoliko osoba nije HRVI Za korištenje oslobođenja plaćanja godišnje naknade za ceste potrebna je invalidnost od 60% na donje ekstremitete ili od 80% i više. - Za korištenje oslobođenja od plaćanja cestarine potrebno je imati najmanje 80% oštećenja organizma na donje ekstremitete, svi 100% HRVI i slijepi.
