Izgubili ste korisničko ime ili šifru?
  • Ako ste izgubili vaše korisničko ime, upišite vašu E-mail adresu a polje za korisničko ime ostavite prazno, pa zatim kliknite na dugme Pošalji korisničko ime. Vaše korisničko ime poslat ćemo na vašu email adresu.
  • Ako ste izgubili vašu šifru a znate vaše korisničko ime, upišite vaše korisničko ime i vašu E-mail adresu, pa kliknite na dugme Pošalji šifru. Ubrzo će te primiti novu šifru. Prijavite se na stranice s tom novom šifrom.
  • Ako ste izgubili vaše korisničko ime i vašu šifru, prvo zatražite podsjetnik na vaše korisničko ime, a kasnije i šifru. Za primanje vašeg korisničkog imena, upišite vašu E-mail adresu a polje za korisničko ime ostavite prazno, pa zatim kliknite na dugme Pošalji korisničko ime. Vaše korisničko ime poslat ćemo na vašu email adresu. Nakon toga koristite ovaj isti obrazac za primanje vaše šifre.
